The classic meme look
The traditional style is white, all-caps, condensed bold type with a thick black outline, so it stays readable on any photo. The outline here is about one sixth of the font size, drawn behind the white fill. Prefer clean text? Switch a caption to plain White (with a soft shadow) or Black.
